Thank you for using kybd launcher ("the App"). Your privacy is our priority. This Privacy Policy explains how the App works, what permissions it uses, and how it handles your data.

1. Core Principle: No Data Collection

kybd launcher is designed with maximum privacy in mind. The App does not require and does not have internet access. It does not collect, store on external servers, or share any of your personal data. All information processing happens entirely locally on your device.

2. Permissions Used and Their Purpose

To function properly as a fully-featured home screen (Launcher), the App requires specific system permissions. Here is exactly why we need them:

• Query All Packages: Required to build a list of installed applications on your device, allowing you to search, view, and launch them directly from the home screen. Processed only in your device's memory.
• Read Contacts & Call Phone: Required to allow contact searching from the built-in keyboard and pinning shortcuts for quick calling or texting. Contacts are read locally only. The App does not copy or transmit your address book.
• Files & Media Access: Required to let you search for files stored on your device and open them directly from the Launcher. Files are read locally only, solely to match your search query and to open the file you choose. The App does not copy, upload, or transmit your files or their content.
• Read Calendar: An optional feature to display the name and time of upcoming events directly below the clock. Calendar data is read solely for display purposes.
• Notification Access: Required to read the count of active notifications and highlight apps that currently have unread messages. The App only reacts to the arrival of a notification from a specific app (by reading the package name) and does not save the content of your private messages.
• Media Control (Media Session): Used to display the title and artist of the currently playing track and control the music player directly from the Launcher.
• Accessibility Service API: An optional feature used exclusively to allow you to lock the screen (turn off the display) when you double-tap the spacebar. The App does NOT use this service to observe your actions, read screen content, or collect any data. It simply invokes the system's lock screen command when requested.

3. External Services and Payments

The App offers Premium features (e.g., hiding the status bar, distracting apps blocker). The purchase process is handled entirely by Google Play Billing. kybd launcher does not collect, process, or have access to your payment data (such as credit card numbers). 4. Changes to the Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be posted within this document, and if new features require additional permissions, this policy will be appropriately updated.
